🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, and security of AWS infrastructure.
• Drive operational excellence through CI/CD and observability improvements.
• Manage cloud spending and implement FinOps strategies.
• Define and enforce infrastructure governance standards.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles with 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS/Kubernetes and IAM
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with Cloudflare technologies (WAF, CDN)
• Experience with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures
