You'll own the strategy and roadmap for Front's core inbox experience, a central AI-powered workspace for B2B customer communication. Your work will directly impact how thousands of companies like Uber Freight and Stripe manage high-stakes customer relationships. This role combines end-to-end product development with cross-functional leadership in a company backed by Sequoia Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the inbox experience.
• Use data and user research to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition to launch.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders across the organization.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong design thinking and systems thinking skills.
• Excellent product intuition and taste.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling or product nuances.
