Description

As a Technical Account Manager at Stripe, you will support the company's largest and most complex users by providing strategic consultations and proactive guidance. You'll foster long-term relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to implement operational solutions, and create user-facing content to help businesses optimize their use of Stripe's financial infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise-level client-facing work
  • Strong product sense and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to technical customers
  • Familiarity with SQL and strong technical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide Gold Standard Experience to key stakeholders of assigned accounts
  • Work with Operations team to enable Gold Standard Experience across user-facing teams
  • Foster long-term user relationships to grow loyalty to Stripe and its products
  • Work cross-functionally to implement operational solutions on fraud, disputes, product adoption, and global expansion
  • Lead user-facing meetings in person and through video chat
