🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a team of part-time Engagement Ambassadors
• Develop daily outreach strategies using phone, text, and video
• Monitor program performance and adjust tactics to meet client goals
• Manage program budget and expenses to ensure financial performance

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong supervisory and leadership ability demonstrated in past work
• Organizational skills to manage a multi-faceted engagement center
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
