Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field
• 2+ years of sourcing and talent acquisition experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent verbal communication skills (bilingual French and English)
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS preferred

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and job boards
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and sourcing strategies
• Coach managers through hiring decisions
• Design memorable candidate experiences
• Use recruitment metrics to track progress and pivot strategies
