💼 About This Role

You'll support PhilHealth in strengthening the end-to-end membership journey, focusing on translating membership into effective access and utilization of health services for TB clients. You'll map and analyze the membership-to-care journey to identify systemic bottlenecks and design scalable solutions. This role is embedded within PhilHealth and collaborates closely with multiple units to enhance digital tools and policies for member access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct rapid desk review of PhilHealth policies and data
• Map the end-to-end membership journey with TB DOTS tracer
• Analyze data across membership, service delivery, and claims
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations and co-develop solutions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in health policy or health insurance
• Experience in TB or infectious disease programs
• Expertise in membership and benefits integration
• Knowledge of PhilHealth systems and policies

• Experience with USAID or U.S. government projects
• Familiarity with YAKAP primary care package
• Skills in data analytics and dashboard development
