Description

You will lead and grow our nuclear team across the UK, combining technical expertise in fire engineering with business development and team leadership. You'll deliver fire hazard assessments, shape our nuclear offering, and drive growth in this sector.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in nuclear fire engineering and safety within the UK
• Proven ability to deliver Fire Hazard Analyses, fire PSA, and safety case contributions for UK nuclear licensees
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing client accounts
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional recognition
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver fire hazard assessments, fire safety strategies, and fire PSA under UK regulatory frameworks
• Provide technical leadership and high-quality outputs across nuclear projects
• Drive business development: identify opportunities, lead proposals, and build client relationships
• Mentor, develop, and expand the nuclear team
• Stay ahead of evolving regulations, British Standards, IAEA guidelines, and ONR guidance
