Description

You will work as a hospitalist on Kauai Island, managing an open ICU with short-term vents/NIPPV, no procedures required, and have the option to join the telemedicine team for nocturnal coverage from home. Requirements

• Current Hawaii State Medical License, CDS, DEA
• MD or DO degree
• Minimum 3 years inpatient hospitalist experience
• Board certified/eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• No J1 or H1 visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage with 14 shifts per 4-week block minimum
• Manage open ICU, comfortable with short-term vents or NIPPV
• Optionally provide nocturnal telemedicine coverage from home
• Collaborate with hospital administrative team
