Description

As a Sales Associate, you will drive store sales by delivering an authentic, excellent experience for every guest through genuine connection and product education. You will collaborate with the team to achieve goals, maintain store standards, and embody the Alo brand mission.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer-centric sales environment preferred
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience
• Alignment with Alo's core principles and values
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, 30+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity
• Engage customers, provide friendly shopping environment, and build trust
• Analyze reports and support strategic planning with leadership team
• Execute daily operations: visual merchandising, restocking, shipping/receiving
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, follow company policies
