Description

You will join the Delta team to modernize Campminder's core product, shipping real value to customers while replacing legacy code with modern solutions. You'll work across a C#/.NET monolith and TypeScript/React services, own features end-to-end, and use AI-native engineering workflows to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading design and implementation of major features across multiple engineers and teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and partnership with product on rapid experimentation
• Experience modernizing legacy systems while delivering incremental improvements
• Strong full-stack skills: C#/.NET backend and TypeScript/React frontend
• Experience with modern frontend tooling, shared component patterns, and testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delta team in devising strategies to modernize the product while delivering customer value
• Partner with product to run rapid experiments and incorporate customer feedback
• Modernize legacy pages by introducing web components, React, and modern CSS
• Build and maintain shared packages and reusable UI components across the CoreJS monorepo
• Champion AI-native engineering workflows (Claude Code, AI-assisted code review)
