You'll manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency in a fast-paced environment by contacting customers to negotiate payment solutions. You'll maintain positive relationships while following state and company guidelines and accurately document all interactions. This role offers monthly performance bonuses and a fixed schedule with no Sundays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency.

• Negotiate immediate payments and promises to pay with clear dates and amounts.
• Accurately document all contacts and outcomes in GLS systems.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and manage conflict.
• Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
