Description

You will visit local SMEs to understand their business needs and demonstrate payment and POS solutions, helping small businesses grow while building your sales career in fintech. This field-based role involves managing your territory and working towards monthly targets with the support of training and coaching.

Requirements

• Previous face-to-face customer experience
• Comfortable speaking with people in person
• Understanding how to uncover customer needs and pain points
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Works well independently in a field-based role
• Resilient, organised, and eager to build a sales career

Responsibilities

• Visit local SMEs (cafés, salons, shops, restaurants and more)
• Speak with business owners to understand how their business operates
• Identify their challenges, pain points, and growth opportunities
• Demonstrate simple, effective payment and POS solutions
• Recommend the right setup based on each business’s needs
• Manage your territory, pipeline, and follow-ups
• Work toward monthly sales targets
