You'll serve as the operational backbone of a premier experiential marketing agency, bridging creative vision and logistical reality. You'll scale processes, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and protect profit margins by overseeing project budgets and vendor negotiations. You'll build systems that prevent problems rather than just fixing them, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

  • Audit and implement agency-wide SOPs and project management tools.
  • Oversee the Master Calendar for staff allocation and bandwidth.
  • Partner with Account Leads to oversee project budgets and margins.
  • Act as escalation point for production and account teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in a senior role at an integrated marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of moving an agency toward a centralized operating system.
  • Expert-level grasp of Agency Math including billable rates and P&L.
  • Experience negotiating national MSAs and curating preferred vendor lists.

  • Previous experiential marketing agency background.
  • Experience as a 'Safety Officer' for large-scale public builds.
  • Knowledge of cross-border logistics and compliance.
