๐ผ About This Role
You'll own Swap's most complex, high-value opportunities as an experienced strategic account executive. You'll run multi-threaded sales cycles into enterprise e-commerce brands and global retailers, engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. This hybrid role in New York offers uncapped commission and meaningful stock options.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own named strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end
- Lead executive-level discovery with C-suite stakeholders
- Build and execute multi-threaded account strategies
- Craft tailored commercial narratives around platform capabilities
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years closing complex SaaS deals in enterprise/strategic segments
- Proven history of exceeding quota on six- and seven-figure ARR deals
- Experience selling into enterprise e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands
- Mastery of a modern enterprise sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, etc.)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with commerce infrastructure, payments, logistics, or operations software
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and tech stack integrations
- Experience navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews at large organizations
