💼 About This Role

You'll complete tank building tasks with minimal supervision, support site cleanup and safety, and assist with shoring and formwork. You'll help set the work pace and train apprentices. This role requires extensive travel to project sites across the US and a commitment to safety and quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete assignments timely with little supervision
• Assist with shoring erection, bracing, dismantling, and load out
• Assemble pipe and fabricate forms for pipe pits
• Train apprentices on tank building processes

📋 Requirements

• Ability to travel to US project sites as directed
• Own and maintain general hand tools
• Ability to climb and work at heights on various structures
• Wear required personal protective equipment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in pre-stressed concrete tank construction
• Familiarity with task hazard analysis (THA)
• Previous experience training apprentices
