💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an exceptional customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer committed to fighting hunger. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales, while assisting with daily operations and store opening/closing. This role stands out by combining retail management with philanthropy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
