Description

You will lead a distributed team providing first-class support for financial institution customers using Ripple's payment services. You'll work directly with customers, coordinate with Product Management and Engineering, and define production support arrangements to ensure a smooth experience for all users.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing large global teams
• 10+ years of experience supporting/managing complex support practices
• Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities
• At least 4 years of technical experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a world-class global support practice
• Enhance and adhere to operational procedures for critical production support
• Manage team interaction with customers and delivery teams for issue management
• Define and complete multiple concurrent cross-team projects
• Coach and mentor managers and individual contributors
