Description

You will develop and execute a marketing and sales plan to drive hospice enrollment, build relationships with referral sources, and educate the community on end-of-life care. This role combines sales, relationship management, and community outreach.

Requirements

• B.S. in Health Care, Social Work, Marketing, or Business Management preferred or equivalent experience
• Valid Ohio RN or LPN license
• Ohio Driver's license
• 2+ years sales/referral marketing experience in hospice, social work, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contact and leads database
• Establish relationships with key referral contacts (doctors, nurses, social workers, etc.)
• Make outbound calls and conduct appointments to complete hospice enrollment
• Develop and execute a detailed Marketing and Sales Plan
• Track referral sources and build sales plan to add new sources
