You'll own data-driven customer lifecycle programs to maximize retention, expansion, and advocacy. Your core impact is driving product adoption and reducing churn through multi-channel campaigns. This role partners closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design multi-channel upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive revenue expansion
  • Build and optimize retention programs to reduce churn
  • Own customer advocacy programs for reviews and case studies
  • Partner with Customer Success to design onboarding and activation journeys

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise in data-driven customer programs across the post-sale journey
  • Strong analytical skills with CDP, product analytics, and marketing automation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design experimentation frameworks (A/B testing) and optimize campaigns

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance software
  • Background in sales-led growth (SLG) B2B SaaS environments
  • Track record of planning customer events or conferences
