Description

You'll use your deep expertise in fungal pathogens to train large language models, challenging them on topics like Candida, Aspergillus, Cryptococcus, diagnostics, and antifungal resistance. You'll converse with the model on lab scenarios, verify factual accuracy, capture error traces, and help improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• PhD in microbiology, medical mycology, pathology, or related life-science field
• Peer-reviewed publications or clinical/lab experience with fungal pathogens
• Expertise in fungal pathogens, medical mycology, antifungal resistance, host-fungus interactions
• Clear metacognitive communication and ability to show work
• Own secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on lab scenarios and theoretical fungal pathogen questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture and document reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Document failure modes to harden model reasoning
