๐ผ About This Role
You'll act as the first face for HR and L&D personas at 360Learning, qualifying inbound leads and generating pipeline for the sales team. You'll also dedicate time to proactive outbound sourcing to expand reach. This role offers a fast track to AE or AM roles within a remote-first, high-growth company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Qualify and convert MQLs into SQLs for the sales team
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via calls and emails
- Master tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong
- Achieve monthly quotas of demos, meetings, and qualified opportunities
๐ Requirements
- At least 4-6 months of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement Software (SalesLoft preferred)
- Ability to travel to a minimum of one trade show per year
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
