๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll act as the first face for HR and L&D personas at 360Learning, qualifying inbound leads and generating pipeline for the sales team. You'll also dedicate time to proactive outbound sourcing to expand reach. This role offers a fast track to AE or AM roles within a remote-first, high-growth company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Qualify and convert MQLs into SQLs for the sales team
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via calls and emails
  • Master tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong
  • Achieve monthly quotas of demos, meetings, and qualified opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 4-6 months of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement Software (SalesLoft preferred)
  • Ability to travel to a minimum of one trade show per year
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
