Description

As a Rehab Nurse at Bethesda, you will accurately assess residents' health status, develop dynamic care plans, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely, using critical thinking to handle changes in condition. Your work ensures effective care delivery and immediate problem resolution to improve residents' lives.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift heavy objects, and transfer patients weighing 200+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and educational/environmental needs on admission and ongoing
• Develop dynamic care plans through interdisciplinary approach
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely
• Use SBARR to notify physicians of change in condition
• Monitor care delivery and use QAPI for problem resolution
