💼 About This Role

You'll join the team at the loudest store in the mall, helping music and pop culture fans get the merch they love. You'll provide excellent customer service, stock and replenish products, and ensure a visually appealing store. Share your fandom knowledge while processing sales and driving add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
