💼 About This Role

You'll join a publicly-traded company as a key member of a lean legal team, leading securities and corporate governance matters while also supporting commercial and operational legal needs. You'll provide practical, business-oriented advice across a wide range of areas with significant exposure to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead or assist with SEC filings and proxy statements
• Advise on public company securities law and Nasdaq compliance
• Support Board and stockholder meetings with materials
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, MTAs, and other commercial contracts

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to Colorado bar (or eligibility)
• 3-6+ years of corporate and securities experience
