💼 About This Role

You'll recruit and enable partners to sell Patsnap's innovation intelligence platform, driving enterprise sales in Japan. You'll build relationships with ecosystem stakeholders and explore cross-industry collaborations to boost brand awareness and open new revenue channels. This role combines partner sales and business development for a Series E-funded SaaS unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit and qualify new partners based on target customer profile.
  • Lead partner enablement including training and co-marketing.
  • Work with partners to source and close enterprise opportunities.
  • Manage monthly sales performance metrics and conduct reviews.
  • Develop partnerships with industry associations and ecosystem players.

📋 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience at a technology company (preferably software).
  • Proven track record in direct and indirect sales.
  • Fluent in business English and experience in international companies.

  • Experience in IP, scientific research, or deep tech innovation.
  • Knowledge of Japanese business ecosystem.
