Description
You will lead and scale a high-performing field sales organization, overseeing all aspects of the sales district to drive predictable revenue growth. You'll mentor a team of Enterprise, Strategic, and Major Account Sales Representatives, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborate with Marketing to execute impactful programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Enterprise, Strategic, and Major Account Sales Representatives
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Proactively manage pipeline health to align with quota goals
- Conduct quarterly business planning to achieve revenue objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute sales programs
