Description

You will lead and scale a high-performing field sales organization, overseeing all aspects of the sales district to drive predictable revenue growth. You'll mentor a team of Enterprise, Strategic, and Major Account Sales Representatives, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborate with Marketing to execute impactful programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Enterprise, Strategic, and Major Account Sales Representatives
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Proactively manage pipeline health to align with quota goals
  • Conduct quarterly business planning to achieve revenue objectives
