💼 About This Role

You'll own the annual strategy process for Europe's #1 rail app, leading strategic projects from hypothesis to Board-level output. You'll partner with senior leaders to shape multi-year plans and drive key business rhythms like MBRs and QBRs. This is a rare career-defining role with direct exposure to the VP Finance and CFO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual strategy cycle end to end
• Design and run strategy workshops with senior leaders
• Identify and evaluate new markets, products, or partnerships
• Create clear materials for C-suite and Board

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 7 years in management consulting or in-house strategy
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Experience owning strategy or planning cycles
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders

• Experience in a matrixed tech organization
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• Language skills in French, Italian, or Spanish
