You'll join Achievers to drive sales for our employee recognition and rewards software. You'll prospect Fortune 500 companies and qualify meetings for Account Executives. This role offers full autonomy to control your sales strategy and a path to become a closing rep.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect via phone, email, video, and social media.
• Partner with Account Executives to fill pipeline.
• Map and build new accounts with strategic outreach.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of Sales Development experience.
• French or German fluency required.
• Experience in outbound prospecting emails.
• Proven ability in fast-paced environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or prospecting tools.
• Interest in becoming a closing rep within 24-36 months.
• Creative prospecting skills (video, mailers).
