You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to build the operational foundation for faster, higher-quality product development at a fast-growing fintech startup. You'll establish clear roadmaps, scalable processes, and cross-functional alignment that help PMs do their best work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build operational foundation for product development across teams
• Establish and maintain clear roadmap for prioritization and execution
• Define operating model and consistency for Product Managers
• Optimize flow of insights, data, and customer feedback across lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 2-6 years in product operations or similar cross-functional role
• Ability to define measurable success metrics and accountability
• Data-literate: define KPIs, interpret metrics, write basic SQL
• Comfortable driving initiatives from discovery to launch autonomously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building fintech or financial products
• Familiarity with payments, banking infrastructure, underwriting, or risk tools
• Experience scaling product operations in startup or high-growth company
