💼 About This Role

You'll play a critical role in hands-on fabrication, assembly, and testing of Mega-Class satellite solar array hardware. This includes solar blanket build, module welding, mechanical assembly, and production testing. You'll also provide occasional support to the module SMT line.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble and build solar array blankets with welding, bonding, and electrical integration
• Perform mechanical assembly of solar array support hardware and fixtures
• Operate fabrication equipment like welders, presses, cutters, and torque tools
• Perform functional testing of components and assemblies

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in hands-on manufacturing
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Experience with crimping, wire stripping, and continuity testing

• Experience in fast-paced production development environment
• Experience with in-space electro-mechanical assemblies
• Experience with aircraft airframe
