You'll bridge Sales and Delivery as the technical leader owning deal narratives, translating client needs into winnable solutions. You'll drive complex architectural conversations and align senior stakeholders to ensure every proposal is both winnable and deliverable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead deep discovery to uncover client architectural and business needs.
• Define engagement models like staff augmentation or managed teams.
• Own the technical narrative and positioning of proposals.
• Coordinate internal alignment across Sales, CTO, Finance, Recruiting.
• Push back on internal solutions misaligned with client expectations.

📋 Requirements

• Background as a Software Engineer, Systems Designer, or Business Analyst.
• Deep technical intuition to lead high-level architectural conversations.
• Proven ability to translate Software Engineering concepts into business value.
• Experience supporting or leading complex sales cycles and enterprise-level discovery.
