💼 About This Role

You'll join the Platforms Data Science team at Robinhood, building AI systems that power customer support and trust. You'll lead development of machine learning models for multi-agent orchestration, evaluation pipelines, and personalization. This role offers ownership from experimentation to deployment in a regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy ML models for customer support systems including intent classification and multi-agent orchestration
• Design evaluation frameworks using LLM-based review and automated quality metrics
• Develop propensity, segmentation, and personalization models for proactive outreach
• Translate advances in agent architectures into production systems with engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Strong Python and SQL skills with end-to-end ML experience
• Experience with agent-based AI systems including reasoning loops and RAG
• Experience designing experiments and applying causal inference methods

• Experience building and evaluating agent-based systems for production
• Experience developing recommendation or personalization systems at scale
• Experience working on AI products in regulated industries such as financial services
