You'll prepare accurate project proposals, detailed quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates across a wide range of construction projects. You'll collaborate with project managers and trade partners to ensure bid accuracy and drive pricing strategy through value engineering. Your work will support transitions from preconstruction to field execution and help mentor junior estimators.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction estimator

• Experience creating detailed quantity takeoffs and full-scope estimates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
