🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor the pulse of the reconditioning line
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in real-time
• Coach and mentor crew members on the floor
• Use KPIs to track shift success and report to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leading teams
• 3+ years in high-volume environments like automotive or manufacturing
• Experience with 5S, Kanban, or Six Sigma
• Availability Monday to Thursday 4:30pm to 3:00am
