You'll draft contracts from scratch for a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform that powers next-gen investment products. Your core impact is translating innovative product ideas into legally feasible offerings while navigating uncharted regulatory terrain. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft contracts from scratch for novel investment products
• Review and negotiate agreements with partners and clients
• Enable product development as legal checkpoint for new ideas
• Monitor regulatory developments in securities and banking law

📋 Requirements

• German legal qualification (Volljurist) with 3-8 years PQE
• Expertise in securities, capital markets, or banking law
• Contract law skills comfortable drafting without templates
• German and English at C1 level or near-native

• Experience at a major law firm, Fintech or Bank
• Knowledge of European expansion regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with data protection/AML compliance
