💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated Writer for Monzo's Spanish market, leading deep product localisation and high-impact storytelling. You'll bridge global writing standards with local cultural nuances at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Legal. This role offers a chance to shape Monzo's brand voice in a new market and work on product UX copy for a leading fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and edit in-app text for features and onboarding
• Adapt global tone of voice for Spanish market
• Create marketing copy for social media, email, and OOH
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of product and marketing writing experience
• Ability to explain complex fintech products simply
• Experience in a regulated industry (preferred)
