Senior Manager, Strategic Solutions Engineering

Description

You will lead a team of Solutions Engineers driving revenue growth by designing and demonstrating Motive's platform to strategic enterprise accounts. You'll mentor the team, orchestrate complex demos and proofs-of-concept, and act as a trusted advisor on architecture, integrations, and security.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales leadership experience supporting Enterprise or Strategic accounts in SaaS
  • Background as an individual contributor Solutions Engineer with success in complex technical selling
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
  • Experience with integrations, cloud architectures, APIs, hardware/IoT, and AI/ML
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Strategic Enterprise-focused Solutions Engineers
  • Deliver compelling, customized demonstrations aligned to buyer pain points
  • Drive operational excellence in proof-of-concept and technical evaluation workflows
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor on Motive's capabilities, architecture, and roadmap
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve sales effectiveness
