🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize franchise acquisition targets based on growth potential and operational fit
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes from LOI to close
• Conduct cross-functional due diligence with Finance, Operations, Legal
• Develop territory valuation models and bidding strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years in management consulting, corporate development, or M&A
• Strong track record leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build deal models and assess valuations

• MBA preferred
• Franchise M&A experience
• Advanced AI tools familiarity (e.g., Claude Cowork)
