💼 About This Role

You'll design, deploy, and support container orchestration platform services for mission-critical workloads on on-premise networks. Join the Runtime Platforms team to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable container services that enable other engineers to deploy applications efficiently. Our team operates a multi-tenanted Kubernetes provider platform with enhancements to improve developers' productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and enhance Kubernetes provider platforms for scalability and reliability.
• Automate and simplify Kubernetes clusters lifecycle management and upgrades.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or Elastic Observability.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce security controls in the container platform.

📋 Requirements

• Background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong programming experience with Git, Terraform, Javascript, Python, or Bash.
• Good understanding of Linux systems, containers, and networking fundamentals.
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes security concepts such as RBAC and admission controllers.
• Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or GitLab Runner.
• Understanding of service mesh technologies such as Istio.
