💼 About This Role

You'll provide ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, using play-based methods to teach communication and daily living skills. You'll collect data and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure each child thrives. This role offers free advanced training and ongoing support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with children in their homes to engage them playfully
• Teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills creatively
• Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children (daycare, camp, teaching, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Marion area
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire
