Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering IDT products and services questions
  • Open accounts to review information and provide details
  • Maintain customers' records by updating account information
  • Solve products or service problems by addressing complaints or comments
  • Determine the cause of problems to select and execute the best resolution
  • Be an ambassador on the phone, spreading the word and recommending potential products or services
  • Be an advocate and the voice of the customer to management
  • Provide feedback of improvements needed by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
