Responsibilities
- Assist customers by answering IDT products and services questions
- Open accounts to review information and provide details
- Maintain customers' records by updating account information
- Solve products or service problems by addressing complaints or comments
- Determine the cause of problems to select and execute the best resolution
- Be an ambassador on the phone, spreading the word and recommending potential products or services
- Be an advocate and the voice of the customer to management
- Provide feedback of improvements needed by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
