You'll join a small, high-ownership squad building Bitstack's crypto-native banking platform. You'll scope, design, and ship features end-to-end in production with real autonomy. Our tech stack includes Go, Python, Flutter, and cloud-native infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary squad on features
• Scope, design, deliver and support features end-to-end
• Ship high quality, scalable, reliable products
• Contribute to internal tooling and platform improvements

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience scoping, designing and delivering production systems end-to-end
• Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, reliability)
• Fluent English
