💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and ensure store success.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store and cover the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
