🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and direct all facility operations including deliveries and inventory
• Drive improvements to KPIs like order picking time and defect rate
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and regulations
• Teach site leadership in controlling expenses and labor

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in a fast-paced leading workforce
• Retail, grocery, military, or restaurant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends
