You'll lead Klaviyo's growth engine to acquire customers at scale, owning sign-up volume and new logo acquisition. You'll shape the integrated growth plan and drive AI-first experimentation to turn momentum into compounding growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own sign-up volume, new logo acquisition, and Growth ARR
• Build an experimentation engine for continuous testing
• Identify and build new sources of demand
• Lead the growth team as an AI-first organization
• Shape the integrated growth plan across channels

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
• At least 5 years leading senior, cross-functional teams
• Deep SaaS background in PLG or hybrid environment
• Strong command of funnel analytics, attribution, and growth modeling

• Experience with product-led acquisition
• Fluency across channel mix without needing to run them
