Description

You will lead cross-functional study delivery in the Asia-Pacific region, with a primary focus on Japan, managing relationships with sponsors, sites, and partners while collaborating with global teams. Your work supports Cogstate's digital cognitive assessments used in clinical trials and healthcare, driving advancements in brain health.

Requirements

• Strong Project Management and customer relationship management skills
• Deep knowledge of Cogstate delivery methods
• Experience working with teams across different time zones
• Fluency in English and Japanese for written and phone interactions
• Willingness to travel to Japan for face-to-face meetings

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional oversight and delivery of Cogstate services on studies in APAC, primarily Japan
• Manage customer and end-user relationships, study reporting, and quality management for clinical trials
• Collaborate with Business Development and Proposals Management to deliver proposals and represent Cogstate in customer meetings
• Organize governance for partner work and strategic customers in the region
• Gather feedback and metrics from sponsors and local teams to improve processes
