Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you will handle service tickets, perform preventative maintenance, and resolve issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. You'll also prepare vacant apartments and maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, all while delivering outstanding customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to exert 25-50 lbs frequently and 10-20 lbs constantly
• Personal reliable transportation for emergencies
• Basic computer skills and service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Work weekends/evenings and participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
