💼 About This Role

You'll oversee kiosk operations and lead a team at a new Roseville Galleria opening. You'll drive sales growth, ensure quality and hospitality, and support team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee service flow to maintain safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Execute ordering, receiving, and inventory management duties.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or within 90 days post-hire.
• Existing Food Safety Certification or obtain within 30 days.
