Description

You will lead daily Environmental Test operations, overseeing technicians performing thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and acoustic testing. You'll plan and prioritize work, troubleshoot anomalies, enforce safety compliance, and mentor your team to ensure efficient, high-quality test execution supporting the world's first space-based cellular broadband network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3+ years of environmental testing experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics industry
• 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Environmental Test operations for thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and acoustic testing
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule work to meet program milestones
• Assign tasks and manage technician workloads for optimal throughput
• Troubleshoot test anomalies and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
