💼 About This Role

You'll act as an HR advisor for Avantium's Flagship Plant in Delfzijl, supporting a 24/7 production team of 65 colleagues. Your core impact is advising on complex HR cases, driving employee engagement, and building a strong culture in a start-up factory environment. This part-time role (24 hrs/week) offers a unique opportunity to shape HR processes from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on complex HR cases and conflict management
• Coordinate recruitment and manage flexible workforce
• Foster employee engagement and strengthen culture
• Support training organization and compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• HBO degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar
• 5+ years relevant HR experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong network in the region
